Professor Lucy Morgan

B Med PhD FRACP

Professor Lucy Morgan is an expert Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Physician managing a range of respiratory diseases, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchiectasis, infections, pulmonary fibrosis, and lung cancer. As a highly cited clinician-researcher, she maintains an active portfolio encompassing clinical trials, basic science, biobanking, and rare disease registries. She is supported by external grant funding from the NHMRC and contributes to MRFF grant assessment committees.

Holding academic affiliations with Macquarie University and the University of Sydney, Professor Morgan is a devoted educator passionate about teaching junior doctors and supervising research, including PhD candidates.
