Macquarie Respiratory and Sleep is situated in the Macquarie University Clinic Building joined with Macquarie University Hospital. The hospital and clinic is situated in the centre of the Macquarie Park Technology hub, and conveniently within a 10-minute walk from the Macquarie University metro train station.

If you are driving and using GPS please note: although our location is Macquarie University, you may need to enter the suburb as Macquarie Park or North Ryde.

How To Make A Booking
To make a booking, you will need a referral from your GP or specialist.
Download and print one of our referral forms and have your GP or specialist fill it out and send it to us, or they can use their own referral letter.

What are the Clinic Hours?
Our rooms are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm
Do I need a referral to see one of the physicians?
Yes, this is necessary in order to claim Medicare benefits. The referral can be from a GP or another specialist. GP referrals last 12 months, Specialist referrals last 3 months. Patients can use a referral from a Dentist as long as they are seeing them for the condition. Dentist referrals last 3 months.
Where is the clinic located?
The Clinic is situated in the centre of the Macquarie Park Technology hub, in the building connected to Macquarie University Hospital. The site is within walking distance to the Macquarie University metro train station, the Macquarie (Shopping) Centre and is approximately 25-minutes drive from the Sydney CBD.

Is there Parking available?
Parking (street-level & basement parking) is available in front of the Clinic Building, and in the secure basement car parks underneath the Clinic building, as well as the Hospital building (enter from Research Park Drive). Parking charges apply.
If you are driving and using GPS please note: although our location is Macquarie University, you may need to enter the suburb as Macquarie Park.
A valet car parking service will be available at the Hospital for patients and visitors. The cost is $25 for a maximum of 4 hours parking. For more information please call 02 9812 3000.
Is there Disabled Parking?
Clinic above-ground parking: mobility parking is free of charge in all bays when a proof of RMS Mobility Parking Permit is displayed.
Clinic & Hospital underground parking (basement parking under both buildings): mobility parking is free of charge. Please present your RMS Mobility Permit to the hospital reception staff, or to the physiology clinic, for validation.
Is there public transport nearby?
MQRS is a 10-minute walk from the Macquarie University metro train station or a 500-metre walk from Macquarie Centre.

Multiple bus routes connect to Macquarie University Hospital, the Macquarie University campus, stopping near the Macquarie Centre and campus area.
